Going Back to Work ...

The last scan on Jul 22 (Saturday) shown baby has grown to 2.01cm, the heart is beating faster at 171 bpm and the placenta is forming too. I have almost used up my annual leave, therefore planning to go back to office next week ... but will start off with half day since I have not been sitting at my desk for more than 1 month ...

Baby is Growing!

Baby has grown from 0.69cm to 1.24cm after 1 week. The heart beat has increased to 150 bpm. It is now 7 weeks 4 days old. I still have to continue the chinese medicine for another week ... chinese sinseh will review after seeing the blood test results next week ... :(

Up! Up! Up!

Can't believe it when the nurse told me that HCG level has gone up to 128316 mIU/ml. It is really amazing!

What Chinese Medicine Can Do?!

Ever wonder how powerful is chinese medicine? I hate chinese medicine so much that I never really complete the full course. However, for this pregnancy, I have to drink chinese medicine every 4 hours, without fail, even in the middle of the night! My HCG level goes up from 443 to 9948 mIU/ml after 1st week ... 2nd week to 61336 mIU/ml ... I'm going for a blood test tomorrow afternoon to see how much it has increased ...

My Heart Beating!

I went for a scan last Saturday, Jul 8. My hubby and I were thrilled to see and hear the heart beat of the fetus ... 128 bpm ... It was indeed a great birthday present for my hubby!
